About Mia Waliszewski, MD
Dr. Waliszewski was born and raised in the Washington, D.C., area. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Brown University and went on to attend the University of Virginia School of Medicine.
She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Creighton University – Phoenix, where she was recognized with the Society of Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgeons Outstanding MIS Resident Award for excellence in minimally invasive surgery.
Dr. Waliszewski’s clinical interests include the management of normal and high-risk pregnancies, minimally invasive surgery, and the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.
Outside of work, she enjoys running and hiking.
