About Dabney Wisecarver, NP-C

Dabney Wisecarver is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong passion for women’s health and community-centered care. Born and raised in Winchester, Dabney has deep roots in the area and is committed to supporting the women and families of her hometown.

Her interest in nursing was inspired while working at Winchester Medical Center in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), where she witnessed firsthand the impact compassionate, skilled care can have on patients and families. Throughout her career, Dabney has primarily worked in Women’s and Children’s services, gaining valuable experience caring for patients across the lifespan.

Dabney earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Lord Fairfax Community College, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern Mennonite University. She completed her Master of Science degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner at James Madison University in 2018. Over the past several years, she has focused her clinical practice on women’s health and is dedicated to advocating for and improving the well-being of women in her community.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Dabney enjoys spending quality time with her son and extended family. In her free time, she loves traveling, antiquing, and reading, and values creating meaningful memories with those closest to her.
