About Amanda McClay, CNM
Amanda earned her undergraduate degree in nursing from Towson University and worked as an RN for several years before deciding to pursue a career focused on women’s health. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University with a concentration in women’ s health and midwifery. She enjoys caring for women in all phases of life from adolescence to pregnancy and menopause. Amanda believes in treating the whole person, both mind and body, and partnering with women to develop a personalized plan of care. Outside of the office, she is an avid sports fan, loves being active and spending time with her husband and two boys. Amanda is a member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives, the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health, and the International Pelvic Pain Society.
