Based in Lansdowne, Virginia, Dr. Roopa Duggal has treated many women who live in the city and surrounding areas. A highly respected OB/GYN who services both Lansdowne and Leesburg, Virginia, Dr. Duggal is highly trained in her field and offers many different services for her patients.

After completing medical school at George Washington University School of Medicine, Dr. Duggal went through the school’s obstetrics and gynecology residency program. During her residency training, Dr. Duggal spent a lot of time learning to care for patients from the providers at Inova Fairfax Hospital.

Dr. Duggal is a board-certified OB/GYN, and she is is a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). As a board-certified physician, she has demonstrated expertise in her field by passing rigorous exams. Her fellowship with the ACOG further distinguishes her as one of Lansdowne’s leading OB/GYNs.

At Loudoun Women’s Healthcare Associates, Dr. Duggal partners with the practice’s other healthcare providers to offer a wide array of medical services. Here, patients have access to:

  • Aesthetics services
  • Menopause treatments
  • Sexually transmitted infection (STI) treatments
  • Fibroids and ovarian cysts treatments
  • Birth control services

If necessary, Dr. Duggal and her partners are able to perform many different kinds of surgery, including gynecological surgery, robotic surgery, and laparoscopic surgery.

In addition to treating patients at Loudoun Women’s Healthcare Associates, Dr. Duggal has committed a lot of time to serving women who are in need. She’s volunteered with:

  • The Higher Achievement Program in Washington, D.C.
  • The Red Cross in Spain
  • Mother Teresa’s Center for Orphaned Children and Free Clinic in Calcutta, India

Dr. Duggal was inspired by her father, her husband, and public figures, such as Mother Teresa, to devote her life to serving women. She’s honored to serve women in the Lansdowne Leesburg, and other surrounding areas, and is glad to have opportunities to help women elsewhere as well.
