Bio:
Dr. Rubin has been in medical practice for more than 30 years. He received his medical degree at 23 years of age. After his internship he served in the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps of the United States Coast Guard. He completed his training in Baltimore and has remained here in clinical practice ever since. Dr. Rubin has published articles in the Journal of OB/GYN and co-authored a chapter on Emergency Gynecologic Care. He has a wide range of expertise in general gynecology as well as gynecologic open and laparoscopic surgery.
Dr. Rubin gave up Obstetrics in 2007 after the birth of his first grandchild. He loves swimming, playing the piano, stained glass art and obviously his wife of 41 years.
