About Towson (Division 58)

Greater Baltimore Medical Center, a division of Capital Women’s Care, is located in Baltimore, Maryland. In 1965, Greater Baltimore Medical Center, was founded by the merging of the Women’s Hospital of Maryland and the Presbyterian Eye Hospital. With that came the residency training program from Women’s Hospital. This training program continued until 2002 and had a long tradition of training ObGyns in Maryland. Doctors Ginny Merryman and Dominique Allen are a product of that training program, which was at the forefront of minimally invasive surgery and a long transition of exceptional obstetrical care. We are dedicated to all aspects of women’s healthcare.
