Bio:

Capital Women's Care Division 74 OBGYN is pleased to announce the addition of obstetrician and gynecologist Olubusola Ogunlade, MD. Dr. Ogunlade, known as “Dr. O” to her patients and staff, was born in the United States, but spent time as a child in a part of the world with the highest maternal morbidity and mortality. “From a very young age, I knew I wanted to make a difference in the lives of women and children, so I chose to become an OB/GYN and it has been one of the best decisions of my life.”

She graduated magna cum lade from the American University of Antigua School of Medicine in 2009 and completed her specialty training at Crozer Chester Medical Center in Pennsylvania, where she was chief resident in 2014.

“I believe in being well-informed, up-to-date and using evidence-based practice,” said Dr. Ogunlade, “while still seeing the whole woman. I want my patients to feel empowered to discuss their concerns about their health.”
